Product Description

1. Stainless steel insulation panel is filled with PU foam, 120mm thickness. Both sides cover 0.6mm stainless steel plate.

The insulation floor, 225mm thickness is welded seamlessly. No leaking and sinking.

2. Conveyor belt is made up with special high strength SUS304 spiral mesh. High frequency induction heater is used for rod header forming. Runs smoother and lasts longer.

3. Aluminum alloy evaporator. Aluminum pipes and fins are densely designed for good heat exchange.

4. SUS304 electric control panel. It can be controlled by relay, PLC or touch screen.

5. Safety device: conveyor belt turns over inductor, belt induction regulator, emergency switch.

Optional CIP (clean in place) system is available for automatic cleaning. Meet food hygiene needs and reduce labor.
