Structural features

Insulation structure: It is made up with stainless steel insulation plate and froth-filled with polyurethane in inside. The interior plate of the bottom plate is 2mm stainless steel plate, which is fully continuous welding and has no water seepage or sedimentation.

Conveyer belt: It is made up with SUS304 S/S and adopts the high strength elastic wire specially used for S/S. At the two ends, they are wielded with special caps. The function of it is more stable and reliable and enjoys a long life times compared with thermal melting.

Transmission gear: Each drum of the spiral freezer is driven by a reducer, which is international brand. The transmission is reliable. And the super sealing can ensure a stable function in the low temperature and high moisture for long time.

Evaporator: It is made of industrial aluminum alloy. Big diameter alloy pipe, high flanged big radiate-fan, compacted pipe arrangement and good heat-exchange performance.

Control system: The electric control cabinet is made of SUS304 stainless steel and the relay can be equipped according to different requirements.PLC or touch screen controller.

Safety device: The spiral device is equipped with multiple fault monitoring points and alarm devices and can protect the function to the largeste xtent and remind customers to solve malfunctions correctly.
